The Home of Good Hope Foundation in Namibia supports projects that provides the poorest children in Goreangab in Namibia with food, health care, education and sport and play. The Dutch foundation raises money to facilitate Monica Imanga’s work. In this, a new building has the highest priority.
The board of the Home of Good Hope Foundation is honorary and carries most of the expenses itself. The board consists of: Maria Vernooij-van der Wal (chairman), Peter Koks (secretary), Wendy Voermans-Bink (treasurer), Lau Lavooij (vice-chairman) and member Theo Dobbelsteen (technical support). Mayor Derk Alssema is the ambassador for the foundation.
